Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
